摘要
四川省共在325条河流上新建水文、位站和雨量站,中小河流域水文站网建设基本完成,从而更好的掌握整个流域水文情况。针对防洪减灾要求,在这些水文、位站建立流域体系预报非常必要。建立流域体系预报需从中小河流水文、位站开始进行预报演算,从中小河流预报演算到大江大河,形成流域体系预报,因此必须在中小河流建立预报方案。以典型暴雨区荥经河为例,通过在荥经河荥经水文站建立预报方案,运用荥经河流域已有资料(无资料项目借用相似流域资料),采用API模型对洪水进行预报演算,取得良好效果。因此在中小河流预报方案编制过程中可以加以推广使用。
The construction of hydrological station network in the middle and small river basins has been basically completed. Sichuan Province has built hydrological stations, stations and rainfall stations on 325 rivers, so as to better grasp the hy-drological conditions of the entire basin. In order to meet the requirements of flood control and disaster mitigation, it is necessary to establish a basin system forecast in these hydrological stations. The establishment of watershed system forecasting needs to start from the hydrological and station of small and medium rivers to carry out forecasting calculations, from medium and small river forecasting calculations to large rivers and rivers, to form a basin system forecast, so it is necessary to establish a forecasting scheme in small and medium rivers. Taking the Jingjing River in the typical rainstorm area as an example, by using the hydrological station in the Jingjing River to establish a forecasting plan, using the existing data in the Jingjing River Basin, the data-free project borrows similar watershed data, and uses the API model to predict and calculate the flood. Good results. Therefore, it can be promoted and used in the process of preparing small and medium river forecasting programs.
