摘要
温度作用下碾压混凝土重力坝局部出现拉应力,导致坝体产生裂缝,影响坝体施工质量。基于有限差分软件FLAC3D,将坝体温度场和应力场进行耦合计算,模拟重力坝在施工和运行中坝体温度应力场。结果表面:在坝体施工过程中,坝体内外局部位置温差较大,在坝顶和坝体迎水面会形成较大的拉应力。在坝体运行过程中,影响坝体温度的因素主要为季节气温和水温,而夏季温度场对坝体稳定性不会造成影响。冬季坝体表面温度较低,而此时水的浸润作用减弱,坝体内外温差加大,在坝体背水面会形成局部拉应力集中,对坝体稳定性造成影响,所以在混凝土重力坝冬季运行过程中要采取一定温控措施,防止混凝土开裂。
The tensile stress occurs at some sections in the RCC gravity dam under the action of temperature, which causes cracks in the dam and affects the construction quality of the dam. Based on the finite difference software FLAC3D, the temperature field and the stress field of the dam are coupled and calculated to simulate the temperature field of the dam body during construction and operation. The result shows: during the construction of the dam body, the temperature difference between the local and external parts of the dam is large, and a large tensile stress is formed on the dam crest and the dam body. During the operation of the dam, the factors affecting the temperature of the dam are mainly the seasonal temperature and water temperature, while the summer temperature field does not affect the stability of the dam. In winter, the surface temperature of the dam is low, and at this time, the infiltration effect of water is weakened, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the dam is increased. Local tensile stress concentration is formed on the back surface of the dam, which affects the stability of the dam, so the concrete gravity dam is in winter. During the operation, certain temperature control measures should be taken to prevent concrete cracking.
