摘要 匝间绝缘缺陷是造成干式空心电抗器烧毁事故频发的重要诱因,而振荡波试验是干式空气电抗器匝间绝缘考核和缺陷检测的重要手段。为此分析了振荡波试验电源的主要技术路线及其优劣,采用电触发型气体间隙作为振荡波试验电源主开关,并针对电路拓扑和关键器件进行了优化,最终研制输出电压200 kV、重复频率50Hz、振荡频率10~100 kHz的衰减振荡电压脉冲发生器,可针对0.3~30 mH的35 kV干式空心电抗器进行匝间绝缘的振荡波考核试验。针对10 mH电感负载进行匝间绝缘考核的验证试验,电抗器无缺陷条件下,装置输出振荡波幅值为160 kV,振荡频率26.3 kHz,脉冲振荡周期数超过12个;存在匝间短路缺陷时,振荡波幅值158 kV,振荡频率增大至31.1 kHz,波形衰减加快,振荡周期数减小至9个。试验结果表明,研制的振荡波试验装置可用于检测35 kV干式空心电抗器匝间绝缘缺陷。 Turn-to-turn insulation is the important reason causing frequency burn-up accident of the dry air-core reactor, while test on oscillatory wave is the important technical means to check and detect turn-to-turn insulation of the dry air-core reactor. Thus, this paper analyzes the main technical routine of experimental power supply of oscillatory wave and its advantages and disadvantages. It takes electricity triggered gas gap as the main switch for the test on oscillatory wave and optimizes the circuit topology and the key components. Finally, it develops a kind of repetitive oscillatory voltage generator (ROVG) with a rated voltage of 220 kV, repetition frequency of 50 Hz and an oscillatory frequency of 10~100 kHz which is able to conduct the test on turn-to-turn insulation oscillatory wave of 0.3~30 mH 35 kV dry air-core reactor. Under the condition of no turn-to-turn defect of the reactor, it makes verification test on turn-to-turn insulation for 10 mH inductive load and sets up amplitude of oscillatory wave of the device as 160 kV, oscillatory frequency as 26.3 kHz and numbers of oscillation cycle more than 12. As there are turn-to-turn short-circuit defects, it sets up amplitude of oscillatory wave as 158 kV, increases oscillatory frequency to 31.1 kHz and reduces numbers of oscillation cycle to 9, which means attenuation of the wave has been quickened obviously. The experimental results indicate the ROVG is effective in detecting turn-to-turn insulation defects of the 35 kV dry air-core reactor.
