温经姜疗在脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛护理中的应用

Application of warming ginger therapy in nursing care of patients with stomachache due to deficiency of spleen and stomach

[目的]探讨温经姜疗对脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛病人的护理干预效果。[方法]将90例脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛病人随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组病人均给予口服抑酸、护胃西药治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础给予温经姜疗护理干预,比较两组病人的总有效率、复发率、满意率。[结果]观察组总有效率、复发率、满意率分别为93.33%、4.44%、93.33%,对照组总有效率、复发率、满意率分别为73.33%、17.78%、63.44%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]温经姜疗有助于提高脾胃虚寒证胃脘痛病人的疗效及护理满意率,降低病人复发率。

Objective：To investigate the effect of warming ginger therapy on patients with stomach cramps caused by spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods：A total qo cases of stomachache patients with spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in two groups were treated with oral acid suppression and western medicine.The patients in observation group were given Wenjing on the basis of western medicine treatment.Ginger care intervention,comparing the total effective rate,recurrence rate,and satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients.Results：The total effective rate,recurrence rate and satisfaction rate of patients in observation group were 93.33%,4.44% and 93.33%,respectively.The total effective rate,recurrence rate and satisfaction rate of patients in control group were 73.33%,17.78% and 63.44%,respectively.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：Warming ginger therapy can improve the curative effect and nursing satisfaction rate of patients with stomach cramps and spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome,and reduce the recurrence rate.
