The function and usage frequency of the cut-off valve chamber and venting riser of gas transmission pipeline are introduced. The feasibility of shared venting riser in cut-off valve chamber of parallel gas transmission pipeline is analyzed combined with an engineering example. The advantages and disadvantages of two design schemes of separate venting riser and shared venting riser are compared.
