腹横肌平面阻滞在临床麻醉中的研究进展

Research progress of transversus abdominis plane block in clinical anesthesia

目的随着超声技术的发展,腹横肌平面阻滞在临床麻醉上的应用越来越广泛。近年来国内外诸多对腹横肌平面阻滞用于急性疼痛和慢性疼痛的研究。本文就腹横肌平面阻滞的解剖基础、阻滞技术、临床效果及并发症进行综述,为临床的疼痛治疗提供新的思路。

With the development of ultrasound technique,the transversus abdominis plane（TAP） block is more and more widely used in clinical anesthesia. In recent years,a number of studies about TAP block have been done in application of treating acute pain and chronic pain. The article reviews TAP block technique,including the relevant anatomy,operation methods,clinical effects,complications so as to provide new idea for clinical treatment of pain.
