2016年参加CITIC细菌检测室间质量评价总结分析

The summary and analysis about participation of CITIC external quality assessment schemes on bacterial testing for blood screening in 2016

目的对本实验室参加2016年中国国际输血感染预防和控制项目组(CITIC)细菌检测室间质量评价项目的总结分析。方法收到CITIC质评标本后,按照常规要求登记、保存和检测,在指定日期前上报检测结果,并进行统计分析。结果 2016年共参加3次细菌检测室间质评活动,检测标本30份,除第一次室间质评F号标本检测结果与参考结果不符合为假阴性结果外,其余29份标本检测结果均与参考结果符合。所有阳性标本检出时间的标准差指数(SDI)均<2。结论参加CITIC细菌检测室间质评活动,发现细菌检测工作中的一些问题与不足,通过制定持续改进措施,提高实验室人员对血液成分细菌检测的能力,保障实验室细菌检测系统的稳定性与可靠性。

Objective To analyze and summarize the results of China International Transfusion Infection Control（CITIC） external quality assessment schemes on bacterial testing for blood screening about the quality control laboratory of Hebei Blood Center in 2016. Methods After receiving the samples of external quality assessment of CITIC,these samples were registered,stored and tested in accordance with conventional requirements. The results were reported before the appointed time,and the feedback results were statistically analyzed. Results There were 3 times external quality assessment on bacterial testing in 2016,with 30 samples being tested. The detection results of 29 specimens were consistent with the results of reference,except for the detection results of F sample in the first testing were not consistent with the false positive results.Moreover the SDI values about detection time of all the positive specimens were less than 2. Conclusion Participating in the CITIC external quality assessment schemes for bacterial testing can find some problems and insufficiency in bacteria detection work,thus,it is necessary to improve the laboratory personnel ability of bacterial detection for blood screening by making continuous improvement measures so as to ensure the stability and reliability of laboratory bacteria detection system.
