2014至2016年某院住院肿瘤患者麻醉药品用药分析

Analysis of narcotic drugs used for patients with tumor in certain hospitial from 2014 to 2016

目的分析我院2014至2016年住院肿瘤患者麻醉药品的应用情况,为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理应用提供参考。方法对某院2014至2016年住院肿瘤患者麻醉药品的品种、使用金额、数量、用药频度(DDDS)、药物利用指数(DUI)等进行统计分析。结果麻醉药品的使用量及销售金额先显著增加再稍下降,枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液和注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼用量较多且增幅明显。二者用药频度明显高于其他麻醉药品,分别居于第一,二位,药品DUI均<1。结论住院肿瘤患者麻醉药品的使用基本合理,应继续加强麻醉药品的日常管理。定期开展用药分析、监控,防止麻醉药品滥用或流失,避免药品不良反应事件或成瘾情况发生。

Objective To analyze the application status of narcotic drugs for tumor patients in our hospitial from 2013 to 2015,so as to provide reference for scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods The varieties,consumption amount,defined daily dose（DDDs）,drug utilization index（DUI） of the narcotic drugs for tumor patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2015 were statistically analyzed. Results The application amount and the sales amount of money of narcotic drugs in our hospital were significantly increased at first and then decreased,in which,the dosage of sufentanil citrate injection and remifentanil hydrochloride for injection was much more,and increase extent was obvious,moreover,the DDDs of the two drugs were significantly higher than those of the other narcotic drugs,which were in order of first one and second one,and the DUI of the two drugs was less than 1. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs for tumor patients in our hospital is basically reasonable. Daily management of narcotic drugs should be continuously strengthened. The regular analysis of drug use and monitoring should be carried out to prevent abuse and outflow of narcotic drugs,avoid the incidence of drug adverse reaction or addiction conditions.
