系统化心理干预联合药物治疗对伴抑郁症状慢性疼痛患者疼痛程度、心理状态和睡眠质量的影响

The effects of systematic psychological intervention combined with drug therapy on pain degree,mental state and sleep quality in patients with chronic pain complicated by depressive symptoms

目的研究系统化心理干预联合药物治疗对伴抑郁症状慢性疼痛患者疼痛程度、心理状态和睡眠质量的影响。方法将因长期身体疼痛且有抑郁表现76例使用盲分法。对照组患者均采取适宜的治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,还要对患者的心理采取系列的干扰措施。分析2组患者的临床资料,对比分析2组治疗前后的疼痛程度、心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的抑郁症状比前出现较多缓解,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的肢体疼痛分级较对照组减轻(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者的生活质量均得到明显提升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论试验组所采用的联合治疗方案对于减轻患者慢性疼痛及抑郁症状有明显效果,提高患者的乐观度,也可有效改善患者的作息及生活状态,使患者的复原更加迅速。

Objective To observe the effects of systematic psychological intervention combined with drug therapy on pain level,mental state and sleep quality in patients with chronic pain complicated by depressive symptoms. Methods Seventy-six patients with long-term physical pain and depression who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March2018 were divided into control group（n = 38） and observation group（n = 38） by the blinding grouping method. The patients in the control group received appropriate treatment. On the basis of the control group,the patients in the observation group were treated with a series of psychological interventions. The clinical data of the patients in the two groups were analyzed,and the changes of pain level,mental state,sleep quality and quality of life before and after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,the depressive symptoms in observation group were obviously relieved,as compared with those before treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,limb pain in observation group was significantly decreased,as compared with that in control group（P〈0. 05）. The sleep quality scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0. 05）. Moreover,the life quality in both groups was significantly improved,which in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The combined treatment regimen used in observation group has a significant effect in alleviating chronic pain and depressive symptoms,which can improve the patient＇s optimism,effectively improve patient＇s work and living condition,and promote patient＇s recovery.
