摘要
分析了三相电压型PWM整流器电压定向控制策略(VOC)和直接功率控制策略(DPC)的原理。在同步旋转坐标系下,建立了VOC和DPC模型。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件分别对PWM整流器VOC和DPC进行了仿真,得到了相关物理量的实时波形。以仿真所得波形数据为基础,从启动充电、直流电压纹波、交流侧电流谐波含量、跟踪与抗扰性能等方面,对PWM整流器VOC和DPC算法进行了综合比较研究,得出了一些有参考价值的结论。
The key process of explosive clad steel plate is explosion compounding,heat treatment,splicing and uncombined area repair welding. Introduce the explosion welding technology of 2205 +Q3d5C duplex stainless steel, obtaining the ideal bonding quality by controlling the plate spacing,explosive formulation, explosive density,thickness,foundation and so on. Selecting a reasonable heat treatment process to eliminate the explosion welding stress,and also obtain good mechanical properties of the substrate and ensure excellent corrosion resistance of the coating. Meanwhile, in order to meet the requirements of the standard, through the quality- control of the splicing of the coating and the repair of the uncombined area,excellent weld pefformce is also obtained. Thus, the mechani- cal properties, CmTOsion resistance and comparison of the 2205 duplex stainless steel composite plate meet the technical requirements.
