摘要
发电厂给水系统中给水泵的稳定运行是保证发电机组正常运行的重要环节,本文结合垃圾焚烧发电厂为解决原有给水泵运行中存在的弊端,提出了将给水泵工频控制改造为变频器+PLC控制的技术方案,针对生产运行工况,进行技术革新,研究分析了变频器和PLC装置的技术要求和运行原理。实践证明,变频器+PLC控制的技术方案能够灵活控制给水泵流量和压力,保证锅炉汽包液位正常,这种控制方式操作方便、节能降耗,是一种成熟有效的技术改造措施。
The steady operation of the water pump in water supply system of power plant is an important link tor ensuring the normal operation of the generator. Combined with the drawbacks tiom the original water pump operation in waste incineration power plant, a technical scheme of transforming the pump working frequency control to the inverter +PLC control is put torward. The practical applications prove that this new control method has advantages of convenient operation, energy saving etc., and it is a matm'e and effective control scheme.
