摘要
利用触摸屏便捷的人机交互控制优点,结合PLC和变频器的控制原理,以七段频率的速度运行曲线要求为例,设计了符合要求的控制电路和控制程序,实现了对三相交流异步电动机的七段自动循环变频调速控制。在仿真设计和调试及实践接线运行过程中,将触摸屏、PLC和变频器高度融合,通过对触摸屏控制界面的设计、对变频器参数的准确设置、对变频器和PLC连线的设计以及对PLC步进流程控制程序的设计,实现了多段变频调速控制系统的硬件和程序设计。调试和运行结果表明系统可以达到灵活的多段调速控制的目的,为提升变频调速控制系统的可靠性和实用性奠定了坚实基础。
With the advantages of convenient man-machine interaction control of touch screen, combined with the control principle of PLC and frequeney converter, the control circuit and control program which meet the requirements are designed to meet the requirements of the speed running curve of the seven segment frequeney. The seven segment automatic loop control of the three-phase AC asynchronous motor is realized. In the process of sinmlation design, debugging and connection operation, the touch screen, PLC and frequeney converter are highly integrated. Through the design of the touch screen control interface, the aeem'ate setting of the frequeney converter parameters, the design of the frequeney converter and PLC connection and the design of the PLC step process control program, the hardware and sot^ware design of the muhi-frequeney variable-frequency speed control system is realized. The resuhs of debugging and running show that the system can achieve the purpose of flexible muhi- section speed control, and lay a solid foundation for improving the reliability and practicability of the variable frequency speed control system.
