天然气管道错边修复的技术研究

摘要 焊缝处错边缺陷为天然气管道常常出现的问题。天然气管道的焊缝处错边缺陷会降低管道的强度,产生安全隐患。以某建陶基地天然气管道的焊缝处错边为例,分别对不停输带压封堵换管、补强管两种常用的修复技术进行了对比分析,最终选择了补强管修复技术。 Misalignment at the weld is a common fault in natural gas pipeline that may reduce the strength of pipeline and cause safety hazard. Taking the misalignment at the weld of a natural gas pipeline in a construction ceramics base as an example, the authors compare and analyze the two commonly used repair technologies, namely, pipeline replacement by non-stop pressured plugging and pipeline reinforcement, and finally select the technology of pipeline reinforcement.
