工程项目管理水平的不断提高,让更多成熟先进的技术得到了合理使用,也让工程管理工作有了新的制度保障。因此,传统思维管理已经逐渐不适合现代工程的基本要求。对于施工全过程来说,需要加强对工程寿命与系统思维管理间的关系,从而促进工程管理工作的质量和水平。针对现阶段的工程管理现状,探讨如何进行系统化管理。

With the continuous improvement of management level of engineering projects, more and more mature and advanced technologies have been reasonably used and new systems have been provided to guarantee the management of engineering projects.Therefore, the managementbased on traditional thinking is not suitable for the basic requirements of modern projects. For the whole construction process, it is necessary to strengthen the relationship between project life and system thinking management, so as to promote the quality and level of project management. According to the present situation of project management, the paper discusses the ways to carry out systematic management.
