摘要
海绵城市建设是有效推进新型城镇化的重要手段。应树立人与自然和谐相处的生态经济观,强力推进海绵城市建设。
Sponge city construction is an important means to effectively promote the new style urbanization.This article argues that we should set up the ecological economic view of harmonious coexistence of man and nature so as to strongly promote the construction of sponge city.
