Clinical Efficacy and Its Effect on Neurological Function of Troxerutin Brain Protein Hydrolyzate in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘要 目的:探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和其对患者神经功能的改善作用。方法:选取我院治疗的68例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各34例,其中对照组患者采用杏芎氯化钠注射液治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物,比较4周后两组患者的临床有效率、日常生活活动能力评分(ADL)、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)以及血液流变指标变化。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组总有效率为88.24%,显著高于对照组的67.65%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者血液中全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组患者全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果显著,对神经功能缺损具有显著的改善作用。 Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on improving neurological function. Methods: 68 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital were chosen. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with apricot and sodium chloride injection. The treatment group was treated with Troxerutin brain proteolysis on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,ADL,neurological impairment scores( NIHSS),and changes in hemorheological parameters were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88. 24%,significantly higher than that of the control group of67. 65%( P 0. 05). The NIHSS score of the treatment group compared with the control group,the differences were significant( P 0. 05). The ADL score in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group( P 0. 05). Before treatment,the whole blood low-cut blood viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma fibrinogen were without significant differences( P 0. 05). After treatment,the low blood viscosity,the high blood viscosity and the plasma fibrinogen were significantly lower than the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is significant,and has a significant improvement on neurological deficits.
