观察西黄胶囊联合吉非替尼治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效及毒副作用

To Observe the Clinical Efficacy and Side Effects of Xihuang Capsule combined with Gefitinib in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma

目的:观察吉非替尼联合西黄胶囊治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效及毒副作用。方法:收集笔者本院Ⅳ期肺癌患者72例,分为观察组(吉非替尼+西黄胶囊)和对照组(吉非替尼组),各36例。经过基因检测均有EGFR突变,观察组:吉非替尼250mg/(次·d),西黄胶囊6粒/次,2次/d;对照组:吉非替尼250mg/(次·d),观察8周,记录患者临床改善情况、肿瘤缓解率以及生活质量和副作用。结果:在4周时,两组疗效相当(P>0.05);但随着时间的延长,在8周时,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组(86.11%VS 66.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。毒副作用方面,在4周时,两组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);在8周时,观察组的毒副作用明显轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:初步可以看出西黄胶囊联合吉非替尼治疗晚期肺腺癌,可增加其临床疗效,降低毒副作用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of Xihuang capsule combined with Gefitinib in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma. Methods： To collect 72 cases of Ⅳ period lung cancer patients at our hospital,the observation group（ gefitinib ＋ Xihuang capsule） and control group（ gefitinib） are the 36 cases,especially. After genetic testing,EGFR mutations were observed,and the observation group was： gefitinib 250 mg/（ time · day）,xihuang capsule was： 6 pills/time 2 times/day; control group： gefitinib 250 mg/（ time·day）,observe 8 weeks,and record patient＇s clinical improvement,tumor remission rate and quality of life and side effects. Results： The observation group and control group at 4 weeks,both of the curative effect are quite（ P 0. 05）,but with the extension of time,in 8 weeks,the curative effect of observation group was better than control group（ 86. 11% VS 66. 67%）,with the difference being statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. In terms of toxic and side effects,there was no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group at 4 weeks（ P 0. 05）. At 8 weeks,the toxicity of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： It can be seen that xihuang capsule combined with gefitinib in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma can increase its clinical efficacy but reduce the toxic and side effects.
