摘要
船舶设计初期进行破舱稳性的计算分析对船舶安全至关重要,研究概率破舱稳性是其核心内容。SOLAS 2009为一种基于概率性计算破舱稳性的方法,可较为准确地评估船舶各个舱室的浸水风险概率。基于SOLAS 2009要求,采用maxsurf搭建数值仿真模型、划分舱室,按照不同舱室破损的组合求解达到的分舱指数。评估船舶的概率破舱稳性达到了公约要求,但部分舱室划分不合理,最后依据计算结果对不合理舱室进行简单处理,提高船舶的抗沉性,实现了利用公约计算、分析船舶舱室划分合理性的可行性研究。
Because disaster conditions such as bad sea conditions, stranding, bottoming out, and collisions areunavoidable, it is necessary to perform calculation and analysis of the damage stability at the initial stage of ship design.SOLAS 2009 is a method based on probabilistic calculation of damage stability, which can more accurately assess theprobability of flooding risks in each cabin of the ship. Compared with the deterministic method, SOLAS 2009 has highercalculation accuracy. Based on the requirements of SOLAS 2009, maxsurf was used to build a numerical simulationmodel, define compartments, and achieve the subdivision index by the combination of different compartment damages,so as to evaluate the probabilistic damage stability of the vessel. Finally, based on the calculation results, the rationalityof compartment division was revised to improve the ship's resistance to sinking.
