摘要
传统堆石坝填筑质量管控要求监理全程旁站监督,并以试坑取样结果为质量判断标准。管理粗放、效率低、精度差以及非实时性等方面的缺陷。文章阐述了河北省丰宁抽水蓄能电站大坝碾压施工过程引入数字化大坝智能碾压监控系统,实现了大坝填筑碾压各项参数的全面、实时、在线、自动监控,坝体填筑质量克服了传统控制方式的不足与漏洞,从质量控制的角度完善了大坝碾压施工过程管理,有效地保障了坝体工程的填筑质量与进度。
Continuous supervision is required for the supervision engineer to control embankment quality while the rockfill dam is built.Additionally, sampling results from test pits are applied as standard for quality assessment. These supervision activities features rough management,lower efficiency,weak precision and non-real time performance,etc., In this paper, the digitalized smart roller-compac-ting system applied in the dam roller-compacting construction of Fengning Pumped storage Power Plant in Hebei province is described.This system realize the purposes of full,real-time,online and automatic monitoring and control of parameters of the dam roller-compac-ting construction. It overcomes disadvantages and compensates insufficiency of the conventional methods for quality control of the dam em-bankment. In view of the quality control,the course management of the dam roller-compacting construction is improved as well as the dam embankment quality and progress are effectively secured.
