摘要 针对抽水蓄能电站物资管理技术相对落后、操作流程较复杂、盘点效率低下、使用过程中经常存在物资遗漏、遗失等现象,容易造成安全隐患及财产损失。文章介绍基于RFID技术,通过构建智慧物资管理系统,将入库、出库、盘点、理货、备品备件定额等物资管理工作移动化、自动化,减轻了物资管理人员的工作量,消除了物资管理过程中的遗失、遗漏以及由此引发的财产安全隐患,实现了抽水蓄能电站物资的精细化、高效化、智能化管理,提升了电站的运维管理水平。 In pumped storage power plant,technology of material management is backward relatively,operating flow is complicated,counting efficiency is low and materials in application are missing or losing. These often cause safety risks and property loss. Concerning these factors,technology based on RFID is introduced. By establishment of intelligent material management system,such material recep-tion,material out,material counting,material tally,management of accessories and spare parts in rated quantity,etc as material manage-ment becomes in mobilization and automation. It decreases material managers' work quantity, eliminates property safety risks possibly caused by material missing or losing in their management,realizes precise,effective and intelligent management of materials in the pumped storage power plant,and improve operation and maintenance of the power plant as well.
