摘要 以涡轮增压器隔热罩设计为例,介绍形貌优化的基本原理和应用方法,运用Opti Struct对隔热罩进行形貌优化,迅速准确地找出最优的加强筋布置方案,提高增压器隔热罩的模态,有效避免隔热罩与发动机的共振现象,降低隔热罩的频率响应应力,提高增压器的设计质量,减少优化设计时间。 Taking turbocharger heat shield design as an example, the basic principle topography optimization method is introduced. Using the topography optimization of heat shield based onOptiStruct, the optimal layout of strengthening ribs is found quickly and accurately,and the modal ofturbocharger heat shield is improved. The resonance phenomenon between the heavoided effectively, and the frequency response stress of heat shield is reduced. The design quality of theturbocharger is improved, and the optimization design time is reduced.
