黑龙江省克山县仁发合作社绩效评估研究

Research on Evaluation of Ren Fa Cooperation's Performance in Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province

通过实地调研黑龙江省克山县仁发现代农机专业合作社,采用个案研究方法分析其现实发展状况。首先,根据不同发展特征将仁发合作社发展历程分为三阶段:"大规模机械作业""有机生产""种养加一体化生产"。其次,利用层次分析法得出不同发展阶段下仁发合作社的经济效益、社会效益、技术效益、管理效益、生态效益及综合效益水平。实证结果表明,仁发合作社综合效益不断提高,经济效益有所下降。最后,总结仁发合作社当前面临能人依赖严重、收入来源有限、销售渠道单一、品牌化建设滞后等发展困境,提出应从人才培养、发展合作社纵向一体化、扩宽销售渠道、加强品牌建设等方面着手提高综合效益和经济效益。

The method of case study was used to analyze Ren fa modern agricultural machinery professional cooperation＇s actual situation by an investigation in Ren fa cooperation. Firstly, according to its different development characteristics, Ren fa cooperation＇s development path could be divided into three stages： ＂large scale mechanized operation＂, ＂organic production＂, ＂farm production-, animal raising-, and processing-in-one production＂. Secondly, AHP is used to obtain Ren fa cooperation＇s levels of the economic efficiency, the social benefit, the technical efficiency, the management efficiency, the ecological efficiency and the comprehensive efficiency in different development stages. The results showed that Ren fa cooperation＇s comprehensive performance＇s level was increasing, but economic performance＇s level was declining. Finally, if could be concluded that Ren fa cooperation was in development difficulties of relying on the able person seriously, limited of income, single sale channel, the lag of branding construction, and Ren fa cooperatives comprehensive performance and economic performance on the aspects of the personnel training must be improved, cooperative vertical integration, broadening sales channels and brand construction should be strengthened.
