肝胆胰腺疾病患者的个性化护理服务

Personalized nursing for hepatobiliary pancreas disease

目的探讨个性化护理服务在肝胆胰腺疾病治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析148例肝胆胰腺外科患者的临床资料,并将患者随机均分为2组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施个性化护理干预。护理后,评估2组患者的护理质量,并统计2组术后下床活动时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生情况。结果在护理质量评估方面,观察组的健康教育、药物管理、基础护理、危重护理、专科护理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);在术后恢复效果方面,观察组术后下床活动时间及住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将个性化护理服务应用在肝胆胰腺疾病的治疗中效果显著,可提高临床护理质量,减少术后并发症,促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore effect of personalized nursing in the treatment of hepatobiliary pancreas disease. Methods The clinical data of 148 patients with hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery were reviewed,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention. After nursing,the nursing quality of the two groups was evaluated,and bed-off time after operation,the hospital stay and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results The health education,drug management,basic nursing,critical care,and specialist nursing scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The bed-off time and hospital stay in the observation group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing in the treatment of hepatobiliary pancreas has significant clinical efficacy,and can improve clinical nursing quality,reduce postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery of patients.
