优化流程在消毒供应中心口腔器械集中处理的应用研究

Application of optimization process in centralized cleaning disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments in disinfection supply center

目的探讨优化流程在消毒供应中心口腔器械集中清洗消毒灭菌中的效果。方法选取消毒供应中心实施集中清洗消毒灭菌的口腔器械256件,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各128件。对照组行常规流程清洗消毒灭菌处理,观察组予优化流程的集中清洗消毒灭菌处理,比较2组清洁率、湿包率、口腔器械处理效果。结果观察组消毒供应中心口腔器械的清洁率95.31%高于对照组的82.03%,湿包率0.78%低于对照组的5.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组器械损耗率更低,灭菌合格率、包装合格率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心口腔器械清洗消毒灭菌过程中实施优化流程,可有效提高消毒灭菌效果,提高临床科室工作人员满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of optimization process on the centralized cleaning,disinfection and sterilization of dental instruments in disinfection supply center. Methods A total of 256 dental instruments with centralized cleaning,disinfection and sterilization in the disinfection supply center were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 128 instruments in each group. The control group was given routine cleaning,disinfection and sterilization,while the observation group was given the optimization process of centralized cleaning,disinfection and sterilization.The cleaning rate,wet bag rate,and processed effect of oral device were compared between two groups. Results The cleaning rate of dental instruments in observation group was 95. 31%,which was significantly higher than 82. 03% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the wet bag rate was0. 78%,which was significantly lower than 5. 08% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with the control group,the rate of instrument loss,the rate of sterilizing and the qualified rate of packing were significantly better in the observation group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Implementation of optimization process in disinfection supply center can effectively improve the disinfection and sterilization effects,increase job satisfaction degree.
