ABC分析法在手术室患者中的应用

Application of ABC analysis in patients in operation room

目的探究ABC分析法管理模式应用于手术室患者对护理质量、生活质量、满意度的影响。方法选取112例手术患者作为研究对象,对照组56例患者接受传统护理管理,研究组56例患者接受ABC分析法管理模式,比较2组护理效果。结果干预后,研究组护理质量各项评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手术室患者运用ABC分析法管理模式可有效提升护理质量,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore effect of ABC analysis management in operating room on care quality,quality of life and satisfaction. Methods A total of 112 surgical patients were selected as the study subjects. The patients given traditional care management were selected as the control group（ n = 56） and those given ABC analysis management model was in the study group（ n = 56）.The care efficacy in the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group were higher than that in the control group after intervention（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of life quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After intervention,the satisfaction in the study group was higher than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ABC analysis management model for operating room patients can effectively improve nursing quality.
