摘要
针对目前掘进机存在的问题,提出通过使用变频器调节掘进机截割电动机转速,以实现截割电动机输出转速和扭矩与破岩效果的最佳匹配,同时提高掘进机在不同工况下的适应性和掘进速度。该掘进机变频系统控制器采用抗干扰能力强、控制精度高、通信接口丰富、体积小和扩展模块拆装方便的BECKHOFF控制器;电气系统主要采用抗干扰能力强的CAN总线进行组网。此掘进机在某矿业公司使用良好。
In view of the problems existing in the current roadheader,adjusting the speed of the cutting motor by the frequency converter was proposed. The optimum matching of the output speed and torque of the cutting motor with the effect of rock breaking has been realized,and the adaptability and driving speed of the roadheader in different working conditions has been improved. The controller of frequency conversion system adopted BECKHOFF controller with strong anti-interference ability,high control precision,rich communication interface,small volume and easy dismounting and assembly of extended module. The electrical system mainly used the CAN bus with strong anti-interference ability to organize the network. This roadheader has been well used in a mineral company.
