矿用本质安全型语音声光报警器的设计 被引量:2

摘要 目前煤矿安全监测系统中,大部分环境类传感器使用蜂鸣器和LED发光二极管来实现本地报警功能,即使是专用的声光报警器,功能也比较单一,很难满足煤矿安全监控系统升级改造中系统实现分级分类报警的要求。因此,设计一种新型的矿用本质安全型声光报警器,采用MP3音频文件播放报警方式;采用高亮LED电子模拟闪光报警,红、绿、黄3种颜色代表不同危险级别;采用RS-485总线通信方式,实现煤矿安全监控系统井下区域性预、报警。该报警器经煤矿实际应用,满足了设计要求,取得了较好的效果。 At present,in the coal mine safety monitoring system,most environmental sensors use buzzers and LED light emitting diodes to achieve local alarm functions,even the function of acousto-optic alarm special is relatively simple,it is difficult to meet the classified alarm requirements in the upgrading of coal mine safety monitoring system,therefore,a new type of mine intrinsically sate acousto-optic alarm was designed,which used MP3 audio file play the alarm mode,used the highlight LED electronic to simulate flash alarm,and used red,green and yellow three colors to represent different risk levels,used bus RS-485 as communication mode,to realize regional early warning and alarm via the coal mine safety monitoring system. The alarm has been applied in the coal mine,which has met the design requirements and achieved good results.
