摘要 为能较好地满足防爆锂离子蓄电池车辆的性能需求,实现车辆信息的人车交互,设计了一种防爆锂离子蓄电池车辆整车控制系统。详细介绍了整车控制系统、防爆驱动电动机控制子系统和防爆锂离子蓄电池管理系统。基于Veh Spy3平台集成的Graphical Panel工具箱,设计了煤矿用防爆锂离子蓄电池车辆控制系统信息采集系统,完成了对车辆控制系统的实车验证,取得了良好的效果。 In order to meet the performance requirements of the explosion-proof lithium-ion battery vehicle and achieve the human-vehicle interaction with vehicle information,a vehicle control system for explosion-proof lithiumion battery has been designed. The whole vehicle control system,the explosion proof motor control subsystem and the explosion-proof lithium-ion battery management system were introduced in detail. Based on the Graphical Panel toolbox integrated with Veh Spy3 platform,the information collection system of vehicle control system for explosionproof lithium-ion battery for coal mine has been designed,the actual vehicle verification of the vehicle control system has been completed,and good results have been achieved.
