摘要
针对提升机系统人机交互界面存在友好度不高的问题,采用发光数码管和光柱码管显示提升机运行信息。为了驱动多个码管并节约控制资源,采用基于串口通信的单片机控制器,通过外围驱动电路优化设计,形成一套提升机监控面板,以显示提升机运行信息。通过软件编程,设计合理的参数进行动态数据扫描和中断方式数据传输。该监控显示系统经现场应用表明,监控面板接口不仅简洁,控制高效,而且提高了提升机系统与操作人员的交互友好性。
There is a problem of low friendliness in the human-computer interaction interface of the hoist system,a light-emitting digital tube and a light column code tube were used to display the running information of the hoist.In order to drive multiple code pipes and save control resources,a micro controller based on serial communication was used to optimize the design of the peripheral drive circuit,and a set of hoist monitoring panel was formed to display the operation information of the hoist. Through software programming,reasonable parameters were designed to carry out dynamic data scanning and interrupt mode data transmission. The monitoring display system by field application showed that the control panel interface was not only simple,with efficient control,and improved the user interactive friendliness of the hoist system and the operators.
