摘要
煤矿井下掘进工作面的锚杆支护中,需配置自动给料装置。简要介绍了井下自动给料装置的结构,提出了由环境限制而采用机械限位的方式,并描述了该结构的故障形式;从给料装置的功能要求出发,给出了原结构的设计思路和过程,并通过分析找出了故障原因;设计了一种弹簧卡子和弹簧座组合式的夹持机构,并增设了导向槽防止夹持机构倾斜,介绍了新夹钎机构的结构组成及各部分功能。通过加工和试验结果表明,该新夹持机构加工简单、调试方便,使用效果良好。
The automatic feeding device should be arranged in the bolt support of the coal mine tunnelling face.Introduced the structure of underground automatic feeding device briefly,and put forward the way of mechanical limitation based on environmental restriction,and described the failure form of the structure. Then based on the functional requirements of the feeding device,the design idea and process of the original structure were given.Through in-depth analysis,the cause of the failure was revealed,and therefore designed a clamping mechanism combined spring clip and spring seat,and a guide groove was added to prevent the clamping mechanism tilt.Introduced the new folder structure the brazing mechanism and the function of each part in detail. The results of processing and test showed that the new clamping mechanism was simple in processing,convenient in debugging and good in use.
