热电厂锅炉给煤系统改造设计及应用

摘要 大屯公司热电厂锅炉燃料以选煤厂洗选后的次煤为主,主要成分是煤矸石和煤泥,其含水量高,粘度大。自建厂投入运行以来,锅炉运行中一直存在给煤管堵塞问题,严重时会导致炉火上窜,甚至被迫压火来疏通给煤管,为此对给煤机的结构做了改进设计。实际运行试验表明,该给煤系统连续1个月未出现给煤管堵塞问题,不仅能安全平稳运行,而且取得了良好的经济效益。 The fuel for boiler in Datun Company's thermal power plant was the primary coal after washing by the coal preparation plant,the main component was coal gangue and slime,which was high moisture content and with high viscosity. Since the operation of the self built plant,there has been a blockage in the coal pipe during the operation of the boiler. In serious circumstance,it will cause the fire to go up and even be forced to press fire to dredge the coal pipe. For this reason,the structure of the coal feeder was improved. The actual operation test showed that the problem of coal pipe blockage did not appear within a month which not only can run safely and smoothly,but also achieved good economic benefits.
