The ancient Chinese poetry criticism has a long history.And the methods of criticism are also varied.Fang Hui is a renowned poetry critic,poet and scholar in the end of Song Dynasty and the beginning of Yuan Dynasty.He has made innovations in the thoughts and methods of poetry criticism.There are mainly six kinds of methods in his poetry criticism.These are all traditional methods.While in specific criticism,he tended to be integrated the different methods leisurely to achieve the best effect of poetry criticism.Through investigating the six kinds of poetry criticism methods that Fang Hui used,it is not hard to see the richness and diversity of his poetry criticism methods.
