基于最优组合权秩和比的电力信息系统可靠性综合评价 被引量:5

摘要 智能电网的建设使电力系统安全稳定运行更加依赖于信息系统,因此电力信息系统运行可靠性准确评估对电网安全运行具有重要意义。鉴于单一的主客观评价方法具有片面性以及不同主客观方法赋权具有较大差异性,以融合多种主客观评价方法及缩小赋权差异性为目标,提出基于最小方差原理的最优主客观评价方法组合模型,求解模型的最优解以确定指标的最优组合权重。在此基础上,为了获得从定量到定性的更加直观的评价结果,结合改进的秩和比法,提出基于最优组合权秩和比的电力信息系统可靠性综合评价方法。根据实例分析表明,该方法得到的评价结果更加客观、准确,使运维人员更好地把握电力信息系统的运行状况。 The construction of smart grid makes the power system safe and stable operation depend more on the information system, so the accurate evaluation of the operation reliability of the power information system is of great significance to the safe operation of the power grid.Seeing that the single subjective and objective evaluation method has one-sidedness and different subjective and objective methods have great differences in empowerment. In order to integrate a variety of subjective and objective evaluation methods and reduce the discrepancy of empowerment, a combination model of the optimal main objective evaluation method based on the minimum variance principle was proposed, and the optimal solution of the model was solved to determine the optimal combination weight of the index.On this basis, in order to obtain more visual evaluation results from quantitative to qualitative, combined with improved rank sum ratio method, a comprehensive evaluation method of power information system reliability based on optimal combination right of rank sum ratio was proposed. According to the example analysis, the evaluation result obtained by this method is more objective and accurate, so that the operation and maintenance personnel can better grasp the operation status of the power information system.
