Solutions to the Conflicts between Expectation and Reality in Job-hunting of New Graduates——An Analysis of the Impact of Creative Industry on Employment

大学毕业生普遍希望在城市和经济发达地区就业,并能获得一份体面的工作。这种择业观有其经济理性和现实基础,其根本原因在于大学生要实现教育收益最大化。但当前就业市场难以再按照精英教育时代提供充分的大学生认为理想的职位,大学生的就业理想与社会现实尚有巨大的差距。创意产业发展所形成的就业效应与大学生的就业理想具有高度耦合性,是化解大学生就业理想与现实矛盾的一条有效途径。

A general expectation of employment among new college graduates is to find a decent job in metropolitan and developed regions. There underlie economic and practical reasons for such an expectation of employment, which mainly comes fi＇om the fact that new graduates hope to maximize the benefits fi＇om the investment on education. However, compared with previous elite education era, the current job market no longer provides sufficient positions for new graduates. Hence, there is a huge gap between the expectation and reality in new-graduates＇ job hunting process. The beneficial impact of creative industry development on employment is coupling with the employment expectation of new college graduates, which would be an effective solution to the conflict between expectation and reality in job hunting.
