摘要
大众创业作为一种社会化的创造性活动需要社会信用和人力资本的支撑。基于中国2007-2013年省际面板数据,运用动态面板计量模型及系统GMM方法,对社会信用与人力资本于我国大众创业的影响进行实证研究,结果表明:社会信用总体上促进了大众创业的发展,具体而言,政府信用对大众创业有显著的正效应,而个人信用在当前却对人们的创业行为具有抑制效应,企业信用对创业特别是机会型创业有促进作用;人力资本与大众创业负相关,人力资本水平越高的地区创业倾向越弱;社会信用与人力资本的结合在目前总体上并未对大众创业起促进作用,但人力资本与个人信用的结合有利于激发人们的创业行为。
As a socialized creative activity, mass entrepreneurship needs the support of social credit and human capital. Based on the provincial panel data during 2007-2013, we made an empirical study on the impact of social credit and human capital on mass entrepreneurship in China by system GMM method. The study found that social credit can promote the development of mass entrepreneurship in general. Specifically, government credit has a significant positive effect on mass entrepreneurship,personal credit has a negative effect on people's entrepreneurial behavior, and corporate credit has a positive effect on entrepreneurship, especially opportunistic entrepreneurship. Human capital is negatively correlated with mass entrepreneurship.The higher the human capital is, the weaker the entrepreneurial inclination is. The combination of social credit and human capital has not played a role in promoting public entrepreneurship at present, but the combination of human capital and personal credit is conducive to stimulating people's entrepreneurial behavior.
