摘要
采用分层随机抽样抽取郑州市5家公立医院的500名医务人员进行问卷调查,探索公立医院中医务人员视角下的医患关系对医患信任的影响。结果发现:(1)不同工龄和职称的医务人员在医患关系和医患信任方面存在显著差异,具体为工作5年以内具有初级职称的医务人员对医患关系评价最积极,但医患信任度居中;工作5~10年具有中级职称的医务人员感知到的医患关系最消极且医患信任度最低;随着工龄的增长和职称的提高,医务人员对医患关系评价逐渐变得积极,且医患信任度在工作10~15年之间达到了最高。(2)在控制了职称和工龄等人口学变量后,医务人员对医患关系的评价对其医患信任度具有显著的正向预测力,即和谐的医患关系有助于增强医务人员的医患信任。
A total of 500 medical staffs were selected with stratified random sampling from 5 public hospitals in Zhengzhou city to explore the impact of doctor-patient relationship on doctor-patient trust from the perspective of doctors. The result indicates:(1) There are significant differences in doctor-patient relationship and trust between different length of service and titles of medical staffs. Medical staff with primary titles and work within 5 years are the most active in doctor-patient relationship but the doctor-patient trust is in mediate. The last is who have the intermediate title and work in 5-10 years have the most negative doctor-patient relationship and the lowest doctor-patient trust level. With the growth of seniority and professional title, the medical staff who work of more than 10 years, with a better doctor-patient relationship and the highest doctor-patient trust level.(2) In the control of the title, length of service and other demographic variables, the doctor-patient relationship has a significant positive predictive power on the level of doctor-patient trust. So the positive doctor-patient relationship is helpful to improve the doctor-patient trust of medical staffs.
