摘要 采用微波辅助提取技术研究小米黄色素的最佳提取工艺。利用单因素实验确定微波辅助提取过程中微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数对吸光度的影响;利用单因素实验选取3个影响较大的因素进行响应面法分析优化,并建立二次多项式回归方程获得微波辅助萃取小米黄色素的最佳参数为:微波功率580 W,微波时间74 s,乙醇体积分数94%,在此条件下小米黄色素提取液的吸光度可达0.759,得率为10.23%。色素产品除了含有类胡萝卜素外,还含有黄酮类物质。 In this paper, the best extraction process of millet yellow pigment was studied by microwave assisted extraction technique. The single factor experiment was used to determine the effect of microwave radiation power, microwave radiation time, solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume fraction on the extraction efficiency of microwave assisted extraction of yellow pigment from millet by using single factor experiment. Three factors were selected to optimize the response surface method, and the optimal parameters of microwave assisted extraction of millet yellow pigment were determined by the two degree polynomial regression equation: 580 W microwave power, microwave time of 74 s, ethanol volume fraction of 94%, under these conditions, millet yellow pigment extraction liquid can reach 0.759 absorbance, the yield was 10.23%. In addition to carotenoids, pigment products also contain flavonoids.
