辨证治疗单纯疱疹角膜炎48例

Then Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis Based on Syndrome Differentiation for 48 Cases

目的观察中药辨证治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法随机将78例本病患者分为2组:治疗组48例,对照组30例。治疗组按照中医理论辨证论治,临床分4种证型(风热客目型、肝胆火炽型、湿热犯目型、阴虚夹风型)给予中药煎剂煎服,每日1剂,同时滴鱼腥草滴眼液。对照组给予西医常规治疗。2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组治愈44例44眼,治愈率为91.67%,经统计学处理,疗效优于对照组(χ2=7.730,P<0.05)。结论中药辨证治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎不但能提高疗效,而且能缩短疗程,降低复发率,是一种方便、安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex viral keratitis based on syndrome differentiation. Methods 78 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 48 cases and control group of 30 cases. The treatment group received the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, there were clinical four classification types（hot wind guest yard, courage lively, hot and humid type and yin deficiency wind type）, and was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction, daily 1 agent, at the same time patients were given drops of houttuynia eyedrops. The control group was treated by routine western medicine. 2 weeks was a period of treatment. The curative effect was analyzed. Results44 cases in the treatment group was cured, 44 eyes, the cure rate was 91.67 %, after statistics processing, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group（ χ^2=7.730, P 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex viral keratitis based on syndrome differentiation can improve the curative effect, shorten the treatment course, reduce the recurrence rate,and it is a convenient, safe and effective treatment.
