摘要
目的探究分析五味消毒饮加减应用于下肢骨折术后肿胀的治疗中所获取的临床疗效。方法随机选择2015年3月—2017年3月于我院接受下肢骨折治疗且术后出现肿胀的患者42例为研究对象,并依据住院治疗顺序分为观察组与参照组各21例。参照组给予甘露醇常规治疗,观察组采用五味消毒饮加减治疗,对比分析2组的临床疗效。结果观察组的肿胀缓解时间远短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患肢肿胀程度分级情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组水泡发生率低于参照组,临床治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对下肢骨折术后肿胀采用五味消毒饮加减实施治疗可获取更为优良的治疗效果。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink in the treatment of postoperative swelling of lower limb fracture. Methods 42 patients were selected in our hospital for the treatment of lower extremities fracture and postoperative swelling during the period of March 2015 and March 2015. The patients were divided into observation of 21 cases and the control group of 21 cases according to the order of hospitalization. The control group was treated with mannitol. The observation group was treated with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The swelling time of swelling in the observation group was much shorter than that in the control group( P〈0.05), and the degree of swelling degree of the affected limbs in the observation group was better than that of the control group( P0.05). The occurrence rate of the blisters in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group, the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that of in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink in the treatment of postoperative swelling of lower limb fracture can achieve better therapeutic effect.
