黄芪建中汤联合改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔38例

Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Improved Milligan-Morgan in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids for 38 Cases

目的观察和评价黄芪建中汤联合改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法将76例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例,治疗组采用黄芪建中汤联合改良外剥内扎术,对照组采用单纯的外剥内扎术。结果 2组患者手术时间、住院时间、治愈率差异无统计学意义,治疗组愈合天数29~43 d,平均(35.3±6.5)d;对照组愈合天数31~46 d,平均(38.9±7.8)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后5 d疼痛评分、水肿评分、出血评分好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪建中汤联合改良外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔具有缩短切口愈合时间、减轻术后并发症的优点,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with improved Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods 76 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with improved Milligan-Morgan, while those in the control group used Milligan-Morgan. Results There was no significant difference in the operation time, the time of hospitalization and cure ratein between the two groups. The healing days of the treatment group were 29-43 days（35.3 ±6.5 days）, and the healing days were 31-46 days（38.9 ±7.8 days） in the control group, there were significant difference between the 2 groups（ P0.05）. The pain score, edema score and bleeding score in the treatment group 5 days after operation were better than those in the control group, and the differences were significant（ P 0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong decoction combined with improved Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids can shorten the wound healing time and reduce complications after surgery, and is worthy of promotion.
