电针腰夹脊穴结合肌内效贴布治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床研究 被引量:7

Clinical Study on Electro-acupuncture at Jiaji Point and Intramuscular Patch in the Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

摘要 目的观察电针腰夹脊穴结合肌内效贴布治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的临床效果。方法将我院收治的60例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组患者采用电针腰夹脊进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用肌内效贴布进行治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及表面肌电中位频率斜率(MFs)。结果治疗4周后,2组患者的疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者表面肌电MFs均升高,且观察组表面肌电MFs高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针腰夹脊穴结合肌内效贴布治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛,具有良好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and intramuscular patch on chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods Sixty patients with chronic non-specific low back pain treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with electro-acupuncture and lumbar vertebrae. Patients in observation group were given intramuscular patch on the basis of control group. After treatment with intramuscular patch, the visual analogue scale( VAS) rating and MFs were compared before and after treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the VAS pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment( P 0.05), and the VAS pain scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P〈0.05). The surface myoelectric frequency slope of the two groups of patients( MFs) were elevated, and the surface electromyographic frequency slopes( MFs) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and there had statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion Electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points combined with intramuscular patch in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain has a good clinical effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
