中医情志护理改善PICU患儿家属心理的作用分析

Analysis on the Role of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Improving Family Psychology of Children in PICU

目的探究中医情志护理改善PICU患儿家属心理的作用,并评价和分析其对患儿家属的心理状况和满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2017年12月我院收治的PICU患儿的家属68例,将其随机分成2组,研究组34例,对照组34例。对照组患儿的家属采用常规的探视和询问模式,研究组患儿的家属在常规模式的基础上加上中医情志护理,由医护人员进行心理疏解。对比2组患者家属产生的焦虑、抑郁等心理状况。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者家属的焦虑抑郁心理情况进行评估。结果从治疗效果方面看,研究组患儿家属SAS评分、SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对PICU患儿的家属采用中医情志护理,有效改善了患者家属的抑郁、焦虑等消极的心理状况,缓解患者家属的压力,有利于提高患者家属的积极心态和生活质量。

Objective To explore the psychological nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine care on improving the families of children in ICU, and to evaluate and analyze their psychological status and satisfaction to the family members of the children.Methods 68 cases of family members of children treated in PICU in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 34 cases in the study group and 34 in the control group. The families of the children in the control group were routinely visited and inquired, and the families of the children in the study group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional mode. The anxiety and depression of family members of the two groups were compared.Anxiety and depression were assessed by self rating anxiety scale（ SAS） and self rating depression scale（ SDS）. Results The anxiety and depression of the families of the children in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine care to the families of PICU children, the negative psychological status of the patients ＇ family members＇ depression, anxiety and so on can be effectively improved, and the pressure of the family members can be relieved and the positive mental state and the quality of life of the families of the patients was improved.
