艾滋病防治领域非政府组织社会资本的测量及反思——基于社会网络分析的视角

Measurement and Reflection on the Social Capital of Non-Governmental Organizations in AIDS Prevention and Control:From A Social Network Perspective

社会资本是非政府组织获取艾滋病防治工作资 源的重要途径.本文借助社会网络分析界定非政府组织社会 资本结构、关系和认知三维度概念及其构成要素.在此基础 上,本文构建了一 套非政府组织参与艾滋病防治的社会资本 测量工具,并对全国117家防艾非政府组织社会资本进行了实 证研究,结果发现：我国防艾非政府组织总体上具有中等水平 的社会资本存量,不同地区和不同类型非政府组织的社会资 本水平具有一 定的差异,我国大部分防艾非政府组织为了获 取持续的资源和发展机会,开始重视和培育自身的社会资本.

Social capital is an important way for non-governmental organizations to obtain prevention and treatment resources of AIDS. From the analysis of social network theory, the paper defines the structure,relationship,and cognitive dimension of NGO’s social capital structure and its elements.This? paper? builds a measurement for non-governmental organizations’ social capital. The 117 AIDS NGOs were subjective sampled to conduct the empirical research. The results are following: The level of AIDS NGOs in general is moderate. The level of NGOs social capital in different regions and types are quite different. In order to get sustainable resources and development opportunities, the most of AIDS NGOs in China begin to cultivate their social capital.
