The academia has had limited researches on the Party＇s new constitution＇s guiding function,but the research is essential.The Party＇s new constitution has been amended and added the content that needs been focused researched and practiced when we construct the Party organization in the new age.Firstly,the article grasps the connection of the Party＇s new constitution and the building of grassroots organizations by analyzing the background of the constitution arouse.Secondly,from the point of the building of grass-root organizations,the article analyzes the constitution＇s guiding function to the construction of the grassroots,studying how to make the function exert fully on the practice level.Thus we can form a full understanding in the realization mechanism of the Party＇s new constitution＇s guiding function to the building of grassroots organizations.
