摘要
通过对MULIASHI湿法厂氧化铜矿搅拌浸出小型试验研究,探索出强化搅拌浸出的优化条件组合,在温度为65℃、最佳粒度为-0.074mm占比67%、最佳初始酸量为30kg/t、最佳矿浆浓度为32%时,浸出4h后铜浸出率可达81.9%。
Based on the study of the small-scale agitation leaching test results of copper oxide ore in Miliashi Leach Plant, the optimal combination of enhanced agitation leaching are tracked out at the temperature of 65 degrees, the particulate size of 67% -0.074 mm, the initial acid content of 30 kg/t, the slurry density of 32% and leaching time of 4 hours ,the leaching efficiency of copper can reach 81.9%.
