摘要
研究了稀土电解废旧石墨的稀土熔盐分布和含量,以及目前我国处理稀土电解废石墨制品及回收稀土资源存在的弊端,创新性地提出了一种利用重选法处理废石墨回收稀土熔盐的工艺。通过该工艺处理废旧石墨制品,可使稀土熔盐的回收率达到95%以上,满足生产技术指标,有效解决了废石墨制品对环境的影响和稀土资源浪费问题,为处理稀土电解废石墨制品回收稀土资源提供了新途径。
This paper studied the distribution and content of rare earth molten salt of rare earth electrolytic waste graphite, and the current disadvantages that dealed with rare earth electrolytic waste graphite products for recoverying rare earth resources in China, proposed a new process of recovering rare earth molten salt from waste graphite by gravity separation method. The recovery rate of the rare earth molten salt can reach above 95% through this process, meet the production technical index, the process that reduces the influence of waste graphite products on the environment and solves the waste of rare earth resources provides a new way to recycle rare earth materials.
