摘要
详细地阐述了铝电解多功能机组新型工具小车横梁结构的设计。文中首先介绍了铝电解多功能机组新型工具小车的主要构成,分析了主要部件横梁的承载情况,论述了横梁结构合理设计的重要性。之后通过对梁的载荷形式进行分析,选择确定了横梁的结构形式。接着对横梁的主要承载焊缝进行了设计,并对其焊接接头强度进行了详细地计算,以确保焊缝的承载能力。最后运用有限元分析软件对横梁的整体结构进行了模拟分析计算,验证了横梁结构的合理性。本文的设计计算方法具有一定的通用性,为今后同类产品的设计提供了借鉴。
In this paper, the design of the beam structure of a new tool trolley for pot tending machine(PTM) is described in detail. The paper first introduced the main components of a new type of tool trolley for PTM. The bearing of the main component beam is analyzed, and the importance of the rational design of the beam structure is discussed. Then through the analysis of the load of the beam, the structure of the beam is determined. Then, the main bearing weld of the beam was designed, and the strength of the welded joint was calculated in detail to ensure the bearing capacity of the weld. Finally, the finite element analysis software was used to simulate and calculate the overall structure of the beam, and the rationality of the beam structure was verified. The design and calculation method of this paper has certain universality, which provides a reference for the design of similar products in the future.
