PDCA循环管理结合循证护理减少低分子肝素钙注射后皮下出血效果评价

Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Combined with Evidence-Based Nursing on Reducing Subcutaneous Hemorrhage After Injection of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium

目的探讨PDCA循环管理模式结合循证护理对降低低分子肝素钙注射后皮下出血率的影响。方法科室自发成立PDCA小组,查阅相关文献,运用PDCA管理模式及质量管理工具,分析并找到低分子肝素钙注射后皮下出血的原因,并拟订整改计划,规范操作流程。计划实施后,PDCA小组定期检查,比较整改前后注射低分子肝素钙患者的皮下出血率,确认整改有效后将操作流程标准化。结果 PDCA活动后,患者皮下出血率由19.67%降至1.61%,增进了医患沟通,提升了患者的用药依从性和满意度,提高了用药安全性。结论运用PDCA管理模式结合循证护理,不仅能有效降低注射低分子肝素钙的皮下出血率,而且能提高PDCA小组成员学习和解决问题的能力,加深其掌握质量管理工具的程度,增强科室成员的团队精神。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle management model combined with evidence-based nursing on reducing the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage after injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium.Methods Through establishing the PDCA group,consulting relevant literature and using PDCA management model and the quality control management tools to analyze and find out the reason of subcutaneous hemorrhage after injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium.And then,the corrective action plan was formulated and the operation procedure was standardized.After carrying out the plan,the PDCA group regularly inspected the patients injected with low molecular weight heparin calcium,compared the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage before and after the rectification,and standardized the operation process if the rectification was effective.Results Through the PDCA activities,the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage of the patients was decreased from 19.67% to 1.61%,which improved the communication between doctors and patients,improved the patients＇ medication compliance and satisfaction,and improved the patients＇ medication safety.Conclusion PDCA management mode combined with evidence-based nursing can not only effectively reduce the rate of subcutaneous hemorrhage after injection of low molecular weight heparin calcium,but also improve the ability of PDCA team members to learn and solve problems,deepen their mastery of quality management tools,and enhance team spirit of members in the department.
