乡村旅游扶贫实践的问题及对策思考——以滨州市为例

Practice of Poverty Alleviation in Rural Tourism: Problems and Countermeasures——Take Binzhou City as an Example

旅游扶贫是我国扶贫工程发展历程中一个新的飞跃,取得了显著的成绩。在精准扶贫政策的支持下,从精准扶贫到乡村旅游发展,再到扶贫和旅游融合的发展过程中,乡村旅游开发和建设多多少少会出现各种问题和困难。针对滨州市乡村旅游的现状,采取实证分析的方法,提出了解决滨州市精准扶贫和乡村旅游融合发展的策略与路径,以期实现滨州市乡村旅游业稳步前进,带动滨州市乡村经济的发展。

Tourism poverty alleviation is a new leap in the development of China＇ s poverty alleviation p ro je ct, in which remarkable achievements have been made. Under the support of the targeted poverty alleviation policy, the developing process from poverty alleviation to rural tourism,to the integral development of poverty alleviation and tourism,the development of rural tourism will surely confront problems and difficulties. This paper empirically analyzes the current situation of rural tourism in Binzhou ci ty,and puts forward the strategies and paths for integral development of targeted poverty alleviation and rural tourism in the city to promote its rural economic growth.
