分布式光栅传感技术在电缆廊道火灾报警领域的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了满足葛洲坝船闸电缆廊道内动力电缆的火灾报警监控系统的高等级防护需求,提出了基于分布式光栅阵列传感技术的新一代感温火灾报警系统。该系统采用基于拉丝塔技术的全自动光纤光栅在线制造工艺,利用信号解调技术构建大容量波分、时分混合复用的传感器网络,实现了对电缆廊道内温度场及电缆表面温度状态信息的实时监控。测试表明该技术在动力电缆廊道内正弦曲线形敷设,能够准确响应10cm空间范围的小规模火源,并输出相应的报警信号,能够满足高等级防护需求的电缆廊道内动力电缆的早期火灾准确快速报警的应用需求。 In order to satisfy the high level fire monitoring requirements for cable tunnel of the ship locks at Gezhou Dam,a new generation of distributed temperature sensing fire alarming system based on fiber grating array is designed.This technology utilizes the automatic manufacturing process for fiber grating array based on a special drawing tower,and the advanced signal demodulation technology isused to build large capacity wavelength-division and time-division multiplexing sensor network,and achieve the real-time monitoring of the temperature field inside the cable tunnel or on cable surface.Field test shows that this technology can respond to the small-scale fire event within 10 cm space resolution,meanwhile the sensing cable can be laid approach to S-type curves.The alarming signals have corresponding output modes,which will satisfy the application requirements for faster and more accurate early fire alarming.
